Know your counterparty
Corporate documents, ownership to beneficial-owner level and track record are collected for every counterparty before the first trade.
Sanctions and export controls
Counterparties, vessels, ports and goods are screened against Swiss (SECO), EU, UK and US lists at onboarding and before each shipment.
Origin and chain of custody
Certificates of origin, mine or refinery source where applicable, and inspection reports travel with each cargo.
Independent inspection
Quantity and quality are certified by independent surveyors at load and discharge.
